Sunny Point sits on the gorgeous shore of Rabbit Lake. Our cabins in Crosby border the Cuyuna State Recreation Area and are connected to the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail. Our tiny house is only two miles from the Sagamore Unit trails, offering 15+ miles of trails for adaptive riders, first time and intermediate riders and hikers.
