Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a 96% refund. Cancellations between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. No exceptions made to this policy (including weather). We do not hold credits for future use. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Why 96%? We are charged 4% credit card transaction fees on the booking. If booked on Airbnb or VRBO, refer to the cancellation policy associated with your booking on that platform.

Check-in at 4:00 p.m. Check-out at 10:00 a.m. Early check in at 2:00 p.m. is available for guests staying at The Mirror Cabin and Little Rabbit Retreat for an additional fee. Late check out at 12:00 p.m. is available for guests staying at Cuyler Cabin and Una Cabin for an additional fee.

Our minimum stay requirements vary by cabin and by season. If the minimum is longer than your preferred stay, always feel free to reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate exceptions whenever possible.

From Cuyler Cabin and Una Cabin, yes! All have direct trail access to the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail, connecting you to all 70 miles of world-class bike trails. Little Rabbit Retreat and the Mirror Cabin are located just over one mile from the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail and two miles from the Sagamore Unit trailhead in Riverton, Minnesota. Sunny Point is 3.6 miles from the Yawkey Trail Head and a little over 4 miles from the Cuyuna Connector trail. Our cabins are thoughtfully located throughout the Crosby, MN area, each on its own lot with a separate address.

Sunny Point has up to 500+ Mbps WiFi Cuyler and Una Cabins have up to 400 Mbps WiFi Little Rabbit Retreat and the Mirror Cabin have up to 250 Mbps WiFi

No, we have a strict no-pet policy, but we do have an awesome local dog sitter/boarding contact.

Cuyler Cabin, Una Cabin and Sunny Point include a high chair or multi seat for feeding. Sunny Point includes a Pack 'n Play for sleeping. Little Rabbit Retreat and the Mirror Cabin are designed for adults only. You can also rent from a local BabyQuip provider and have items delivered to your cabin.
